The Second Annual Global Skeptics in the Pub begins on Friday, August 21 at Midnight Pacific Time and ends on Saturday, August 22 at Midnight Pacific Time. That is UTC 0700 August 22 until UTC 0700 August 23.

• Participants:

1. are welcome to converse in their native languare.

2. may join multiple times during the 24 hours.

3. are encouraged to take event photos & videos, and upload them to the Directory noted above.

4. are expected to conduct themselves in the spirit of civil discourse. Contentious political issues, religion bashing, and ad hominem attacks will not be condoned. [However, there is noting contentious about excoriating the Trump Administration.]

5. may join individually or as groups or both.

6. are encouraged to add the name of their affiliation or their city to their Zoom name.

During the 24 hours, participating organizations may, if they wish, give a presentation with the goal of helping other organizations become even more successful. Include a short summary of the programs, publications, activities, and/or strategies that have been most effective in gaining members and influencing policies and the public. Presentations may be live or pre-recorded but no longer than 10 minutes. A question and answer session may follow. Presenters must inform Dave Almandsmith (david.almandsmith@gmail.com) of the time [ local & in UTC ] they wish to reserve for their presentation.
